The operating model I bring to every team I join.

WHAT I INHERITED

Every engine sits on a layer of people, rituals, and decisions. Without that layer, marketing programs degrade the moment a key contributor leaves. Most teams don't have it.

WHAT I BUILT
  • Defined roles and accountability across lifecycle, demand, and content
  • Installed weekly operating cadences tied to pipeline and revenue metrics
  • Built hiring rubrics for marketers who think in systems, not channels
  • Created onboarding so that the second person in a seat ships faster than the first
What it produced
5
Functions coordinated under one operating model
<30d
Time-to-first-ship for new hires
0
Programs lost to turnover in the last 24 months
What I'd do differently

I'd document the operating model publicly from day one. Keeping it in my head made me indispensable in the wrong way — the goal is a team that runs without me, not one that needs me.
